After clearly defining the scope of project and well understanging client’s requirements, we make a estimated quotation for agreed scope of work. Fixed price contracts once finalized, no changes of scope or any other term and conditions can be requested. How many manpower should be used in the project will be up to the arragement of us.
In this type of project model, client choose augmenting temporary manpower for the project with well-defined skills and expertise level, and even standard materials which may be needed for consumption in the project. The manpower choosen can work normally in our company or on-site as a team member in clients’ company.
